The Intent
HMRC needed to build a secure, accessible digital service that could handle millions of applications from UK families, integrating with complex government systems while meeting strict GDS accessibility standards.
How We Worked
Led the frontend architecture using React with server-side rendering, implementing the GOV.UK Design System. Ensured WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and worked closely with policy teams to translate complex eligibility rules into clear user journeys.
